Is there a sign-up fee?
No, there is no sign-up fee.
Is there a long-term contract I have to sign?
Not at all! You can either change the plan or cancel your subscription at any time you like. And don’t worry, we won’t try to make you stay by making you an “offer you can’t refuse.”
Are there any additional charges or fees in addition to my monthly plan amount?
Our plans are all inclusive. Assign your staff a company email address and have your remote staff work with your favourite online project management tools. It’s all part of your monthly plan features. The only time additional fees are applied is if you choose to use design or Web services, which are charged separately from your regular plan.
How will you match me with the right virtual assistant?
We collect information about tasks you expect your virtual assistant to perform and match you with an assistant who has the right skills for the job.

Can I interview my virtual assistant?
Our goal is to make it as fast and easy for you to get you started. That’s why we pick the best virtual assistant for you based on the information we gathered from your matching survey. We take into account the tasks you need help with, the assistants’ experience and personality. Wrong matches rarely happen, but when they do, we’ll find you a new assistant asap and transition all your projects to them.
What factors do you consider when matching me with the right virtual assistant?
Our goal is to foster long-term working relationships between executives and virtual assistants, so we have a thorough matching process in place. We match you with a virtual assistant based on task expertise, industry fit, and shared working style. We do not tolerate discrimination in our matching process, and will not make matches based on race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, age, or any other characteristics protected under law.
How do I make sure my virtual assistant does a good job?
We recommend that you work closely with your virtual assistant in the first few projects to make sure they get a good grasp of how things work and how you expect tasks to be done.
How do I know my details will be safe?
All our Virtual Assistants have signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) covering the protection of your information and intellectual property. In addition, take advantage of cloud technologies and save information and files on cloud-based platforms like Dropbox or Google Drive. This means that your sensitive information is stored centrally rather than on an individual’s personal computer. Breach of NDA by an employee through leakage of any client information will lead to strict civil and criminal legal actions being taken against such employees(s).
How do I keep a track of work done by my virtual assistant?
You can schedule regular meetings and calls to track the progress of your virtual assistant. Additionally, they fill in a daily report where they account for every hour of their shift, so you can see exactly how they spend their time.
How do I communicate with my virtual assistant?
You can communicate with your virtual assistant through email, Slack or WhatsApp.
When does my virtual assistant work?
Virtual assistants work Monday through Friday at either 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific time or 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern time.
How does billing work?
You can subscribe to a monthly subscription plan depending on the number of hours you require an assistant for.
Do I need to prepay for the services?
Yes, and we ensure that all your tasks are completed on time by your virtual assistant.
Are there any additional charges?
No, there aren’t any additional charges. What you get is what you pay for.
Do my hours roll over?
We do not roll over unused hours at the end of your monthly plan.
Am I charged for phone calls made by my assistant on my behalf?
Yes, and your assistant will share the bills with you.
What happens if I'm not happy with my assistant?
If you’re not happy with your virtual assistant, you can contact your account manager and they will arrange a replacement immediately.
How quickly do I get a replacement?
We match you with your next virtual assistant in a matter of hours.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact your account manager before your next billing cycle, and they will handle the cancellation of your subscription.
When is my virtual assistant available?
Virtual assistants work Monday through Friday at either 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific time or 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern time.
Will my Virtual Assistant be working on the weekends?
Our team members work during business hours, Monday to Friday.
My virtual assistant is based in India, what are their holidays?
Nimble observes all national holidays in India. Your Virtual Assistant will not be available on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Diwali, Holi, Independence Day (US and India), Republic day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
How many holidays does my virtual assistant get?
Virtual assistants at Nimble are eligible for 22 leaves annually, divided into 15 Privilege leaves accrued every month and 7 sick leaves.
What tasks can my virtual assistant perform?
Except for running physical errands, your virtual assistant can perform the following tasks:

What tasks my virtual assistant cannot perform?
There is very little that a virtual assistant cannot do for you. They can order your food, reserve a table for you at a restaurant, plan your travel and even get groceries delivered to you. However, our virtual assistants cannot do tasks that require them to be physically present with you.
Can my virtual assistant handle administrative tasks?
Yes, virtual assistants are experts at handling administrative tasks like:

How do you source your assistants?
We receive a large number of applications from individuals to become a Nimble assistant. While the majority of assistants apply directly through the job board on our website, many of our prospective assistants are referred by our trusted current assistants. Among the tens of thousands of applications we receive, just 0.5% become Nimble assistants.
What is your candidate vetting process?
Our team only considers applications from candidates who have on average 5 years of experience. We then conduct an extensive interview process. During the interview process, candidates must:
- Pass a skills assessment that evaluates their ability to complete critical executive assistant tasks
- 2 rounds of interviews with our in-house recruiting team
In addition, our team performs both reference and verified background checks for every assistant we hire.
How do you evaluate candidates for experience and professionalism?
During each part of the interview process detailed above, our team evaluates candidates across five key competencies that we have identified as critical indicators to success.
